Double-threaded screw for fixing photovoltaic systems on corrugated panel or faux-barrel tile roofs to a load-bearing structure in wood, concrete or brick and cement.

The STSR double-threaded screw is supplied pre-assembled with EPDM gasket, tightening nut and pair of nuts for connection to the MW or SSP brackets.
Quick installation because the roofing must not be removed during installation.
Due to the EPDM gasket, the waterproofness of the roof is maintained.

STSR is the double-threaded screw in A2 stainless steel for fixing subframes of photovoltaic systems on corrugated panel or faux-barrel tile roofs with wooden load-bearing structure. Also suitable for installation on concrete with chemical injection mortar or in brick and cement structure with chemical injection mortar and FIS HK or FIS HN injection anchor sleeves. Incorporated EPDM gasket for sealing against rain infiltration.

Drill the support according to the diameter of the screw and the type of support.
Fix the STSR double-threaded screw to the structure by putting the EPDM rubber in contact with the roof.
Tighten the MU nut on the gasket to maintain waterproofness.
FIx the SSP or MW connection plate, adjusting its height using the MU F nuts.
Carefully seal the exit point of the screw from the roof with bituminous sealant.
